Whats a CGC rejected comic book? Basically when a book is submitted for grading we use the 9.8 pre-screen option. If the book does not grade out to 9.8 then it is sent back to us ungraded. These will be a higher grade as they were submitted as a potential 9.8. Sometimes we even resubmit the comics and they grade out.
Cover prices will range from $3.99 up to $9.99 and all packs will have a minimum $40 value cover price. But may go up to $60 or $70 and even potentially have ratios or exclusives.
